Our Focus

Our primary focus revolves around the financial and social empowerment of local women by producing ethical and sustainable fashion. To achieve this, we have established a positive working environment that caters to the specific needs of each woman. Our workshop serves as a safe space, allowing our dedicated ladies to freely express themselves, collaborate harmoniously, and enjoy social interactions over a cup of chai. They live in walking distance and determine their own working hours and holidays, taking into consideration their family obligations and personal requirements.

The name "Livina" holds significant meaning for us, as the idea for a fashion and textiles brand was born by our owner, who also is the founder of the Livina Foundation. Our ultimate goal is to support those in need. We are committed to supporting various charitable causes with our earnings, which is why we donate one hundred percent of our profits to the Livina Foundation.

Livina Foundation

The Livina Foundation, based in the Republic Mauritius, Indian Ocean, is dedicated towards alleviation of poverty through education of vulnerable children and youth, providing medical assistance as well as supporting women empowerment in various countries.

Who is sewing my clothes?

The sewing process happens in our own workshop. We only collaborate with local ladies, who were in need of work and now have a safe space to do so. They are paid fairly and freely decide their working hours according to their needs.
